YOUR VENDORS ARE GRADING THEIR OWN HOMEWORK.
Marketing audits and operational reviews for dealerships that want facts, not sales pitches.
Marketing audits and operational reviews for dealerships that want facts, not sales pitches.
Every agency, platform, and vendor will show you their own dashboards proving their product works. Nobody is checking the checker. You're paying for reports that exist to justify the invoice.
OEM co-op programs are complex by design. Unclaimed and mismanaged co-op funds are a direct drain on a dealership's bottom line that most operators don't even know they're bleeding.
Marketing gets blamed for poor appointment rates and close percentages. BDC and sales performance belong in a separate conversation. Conflating them hides what's actually broken.

Branding Roar was founded by Joey Little after more than 20 years in automotive retail, dealership technology, and marketing leadership. Throughout his career, he repeatedly encountered the same challenge: dealerships investing significant money in vendors, software, advertising, and services without having a clear way to verify performance, accountability, or return on investment.
Joey's experience spans both the vendor and dealership sides of the industry. He has held leadership roles with companies such as AutoAlert and VinSolutions and later served as Chief Marketing Officer overseeing marketing operations for multi-brand dealership groups representing Ford, Lincoln, Chevrolet, GMC, Buick, Cadillac, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, Kia, Hyundai, Mazda, Toyota, Audi, Volkswagen, and more.
Branding Roar exists to provide dealerships with an independent, objective evaluation of their marketing ecosystem. We audit websites, advertising platforms, SaaS tools, reporting, lead attribution, customer experience, vendor performance, and operational processes to identify waste, uncover opportunities, and improve accountability.
Our focus is simple: measure and improve the systems that marketing controls. Lead generation, website performance, conversion rates, reporting accuracy, vendor effectiveness, and customer acquisition costs are our responsibility. Sales performance, appointment setting, and closing ratios belong to the teams responsible for executing them.

When a specific problem demands dedicated investigation — defection analysis, CRM source attribution, platform migration, or competitive market intelligence.

The Digital Storefront Audit scores your dealership's marketing operation across four measurable dimensions. Green means it's working. Red means money is leaving. The number tells you exactly where you stand.
Most dealers who receive this audit have never seen their marketing operation scored objectively by someone with no stake in the outcome. That's the entire point.
Branding Roar earns nothing from the vendors we evaluate. No referral fees. No platform commissions. No partnerships. We have one client: you.
We measure what marketing controls: lead volume, cost per lead, and website conversion. We don't penalize your marketing for a BDC that doesn't answer the phone.
Twenty-plus years on the dealer side and the vendor side means we know exactly how the pitches are constructed, what the dashboards hide, and where the money actually goes.
At Gary Crossley Ford, Branding Roar conducted a comprehensive audit of the dealership's marketing ecosystem, including vendor relationships, SaaS platforms, advertising spend, website performance, reporting accuracy, and OEM co-op utilization. The audit uncovered significant inefficiencies, duplicated services, and missed opportunities that had gone unnoticed for years. By validating vendor claims against actual dealership data and customer behavior, we identified cost-saving opportunities that reduced annual expenses by hundreds of thousands of dollars while improving operational visibility and marketing effectiveness. One of the most valuable discoveries came from connecting CRM data with OEM market intelligence, revealing hidden customer loyalty trends and lead attribution gaps that were materially impacting business decisions.
